Patients' Panel

Nantwich Health Centre has an active group of local residents, who work closely with the primary care team to help tailor our services in accordance with the needs of the local population.

Your views matter to us immensely. Please contact your local representative (via our practice manager) with any ideas/concerns/expectations that you wish to share with us. Even if we cannot meet your every demand, we shall strive to do our best for you.

Our Annual Christmas Appeal: Our nominated charity for this year is St Luke's Hospice. We run a series of fund-raising activities, including coffee-mornings and and desk-top sales of Christmas cards, etc. Additionally, there are regular raffles, the excellent prizes for which are donated by local businesses keen to support our appeal. Every penny we receive is donated to the nominated charity. Since 2008, we have managed to raise over £2000 every year towards local good causes and will be very grateful for your support once again. Christmas 2012

Mr Edward Timpson, MP for Crewe & Nantwich, attended the Nantwich Health Centre Patients’ Panel Christmas Appeal to watch the St Anne’s Primary School choir’s carols in full flow. He also stopped by the St Luke’s Hospice stall in support of the campaign, as pictured here with local volunteers Mr Tony Green & Mrs Irene Moss.

In keeping with the Data Protection Act 1998, we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard our patients' healthcare information held in the primary care database.

Your privacy is our priority. Medical information, even within the healthcare fraternity, is shared strictly on a "need to know" basis. We do not provide other units outside Nantwich Health Centre with unbridled access to your general practice medical records.

The Nantwich Health Centre Patients' Panel is at the forefront of all deliberations and decisions about the sharing of medical records. Please speak with your representatives if you wish to share your perspective on this critical and sensitive issue.

Appointments Policy

If you wish see a doctor/nurse on the same day, kindly contact the surgery with your request and the practice team will assist you appropriately. If the same-day appointments have been exhausted, then your request will be passed to the duty doctor who will decide on a suitable course of action to help you. Read more...
