Nantwich Health Centre has an active group of local residents, who work closely with the primary care team to help tailor our services in accordance with the needs of the local population.

Your views matter to us immensely. Please contact your local representative (via our practice manager) with any ideas/concerns/expectations that you wish to share with us. Even if we cannot meet your every demand, we shall strive to do our best for you.

Safeguarding Patients' Medical Data

In keeping with the Data Protection Act 1998, we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard our patients' healthcare information held in the primary care database.

Your privacy is our priority. Medical information, even within the healthcare fraternity, is shared strictly on a "need to know" basis. 

The Nantwich Health Centre Patients' Panel is at the forefront of all deliberations and decisions about the sharing of medical records. Please speak with your representatives if you wish to share your perspective on this critical and sensitive issue.

If you do not wish to consent to automatic sharing of your personal medical records with third parties, please inform the practice accordingly so that we can apply the necessary protection to your primary care health data.

It is now possible for our patients to view their current repeat medications list and any previously recorded allergies online. Please contact a member of our administration team for assistance regarding the same.

Appointments Policy

If you wish see a doctor/nurse on the same day, kindly contact the surgery with your request and the practice team will assist you appropriately. If the same-day appointments have been exhausted, then your request will be passed to the duty doctor who will decide on a suitable course of action to help you. Read more...

GP surgeries across different parts of the country were severely affected by the extensive, random computers failure in May 2017. Unfortunately, South Cheshire practices suffered significantly and the local IT support team did their best to get us up and running once again. The practice team continually dealt with medical emergencies regardless of the above. Pursuant to this episode, we regret to inform you of our inability to accept email enquiries from non-verifiable sources.You can write to us at the practice address, as always.
