We are pleased to offer you a comprehensive travel health service. Kindly provide your correct and complete travel itinerary to the nurse, preferably at least six weeks* prior to your departure date, in order to facilitate your enquiry.
Many of the travel vaccines and anti-malaria tablets are not provided for on the NHS. These non-NHS services will incur a charge. You will be informed of the cost by our practice nurse before you agree to go ahead with your request.
We are a nationally recognised centre for the Yellow Fever Vaccination and can assist you with your travel health immunisation/medication even if you are not a registered patient at Nantwich Health Centre.
If you are holidaying in Europe, do consider the European Health Insurance Card.
